AWESOME service! I had an after hours lock emergency and Jeff was on my doorstep less than 30 minutes after I called. The deadbolt on my door randomly decided to malfunction and the door couldn't be locked. Jeff was able to fix it super fast. I had another issue with the door being out of place and he fixed that issue while he was here. It was about $100 for everything (parts, labor, service call) which is very reasonable – especially considering it was after hours.
He was fast, friendly, professional – and very reasonably priced.

I stopped by here today to get a few keys copied. The guy working behind the counter was great. You didn't have the right key blanks for everything I needed. But I can see that he was doing everything he could within his power. He's working the place by himself and trying real hard to take good care of people. When I asked him if he was the owner, he said no. He really seemed to work the place like he owned it. The owner should be thankful he's got a employee like that.
