Went there because we needed to have our office doors all lock with the same key, we were going to have Jeff come out and change them at our office, he could have easily just charged me the $55 fee for coming out but he recommended I bring them into his shop so Dennis could do it there and save me the $55. Was able to schedule according to my needs, and then was able to accommodate a last minute change to come a day earlier. He arrived on time with a text notification ahead of time.
