Went there because we needed to have our office doors all lock with the same key, we were going to have Jeff come out and change them at our office, he could have easily just charged me the $55 fee for coming out but he recommended I bring them into his shop so Dennis could do it there and save me the $55. I would recommend everyone to go here and use them whenever you need the services they offer. Thank you.

They were able to come out same-day and did the work changing out our home's locks. Happy with that. No complaints on the results. But the prices for things for labor and items ended up being higher than what they quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. For example, the copies of the keys were a buck more each than what they said. It's not a lot, but it makes me wonder why the disconnect. Honest mistake or was there something more going on?
