The door to my mom's home couldn't open from either the inside or outside and the guys at this company came to the rescue. My mom is 91 years old and is blind. Although it may have waited until morning, I was concerned that if there was an emergency, my mom couldn't get out. They came to my mom's home about 20 minutes after I called and was able to remove the defective lock and replace it. Awesome service!

We called Choice Locksmithing & Security, Inc. and the owner, Jeff, came out in about an hour, exactly as promised.
He was friendly and clearly knew his stuff and was happy to explain what he was doing. He clearly explained our options and gave us an extremely good price, particularly for the amount of time he spent working on the problem.
When he rekeyed the lock and gave us new keys, he also threw in an extra "master" key that he told us not to use so we could make duplicates down the road from a pristine key rather than one that was worn down. Never thought of that but it makes a lot of sense.
