Service Performed: Troubleshooting electronic lock on front door
Review: Jeff came out when the Schlage electronic deadbolt on our front door was acting up. At his request, I texted pictures of the lock unit. He texted me again when he was en route and showed up exactly when promised. Jeff diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it – he also fixed the strike plate which apparently had not been installed properly three years ago. I would absolutely hire Jeff again, and encourage you to do the same.

Service Performed: Rekey and install new locks
Review: Perfect, two locks were re-keyed in a matter of minutes. Then he helped to install new locks to replace worn out ones and he was very mindful to save me costs because he re-purposed one of spare parts locks I had and re-keyed it. All done in under an hour. He swept up any residue on the floor. And he was extremely courteous. Thanks Jeff for being such a professional.

Jeff was able to help me the same day with replacing a deadbolt, door lock and realign 2 others since my house moves and the doors don't always line up. He was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
